The BPC-157 / TB-500 Mix is a co-lyophilised blend, so its price per mg is shaped by two separate syntheses rather than one. The fifteen-residue BPC-157 chain is quick to assemble; the forty-three-residue TB-500 chain is the costly half, and the blend's cost per mg depends on how much of each the vial holds. Both peptides are purified on their own before they are combined, then filled and freeze-dried together, which adds a blending step, and a blended vial has to be checked for both components. In this index the divisor is the total peptide mass in the vial, so a 20 mg blend is priced over all twenty milligrams.
