We currently accept pay by bank. Approve the payment in your own banking app. UK bank accounts only. No card details are entered or stored. Card payment and bank transfer are not available yet.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where VAT applies. AODAEMON LTD is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and the VAT shown at checkout is zero.

Orders placed before 3pm Mon–Sat are packed the same working day and handed to Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a Sunday, are dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. This is the carrier’s target, not a guaranteed delivery date.

UK shipping is free on all orders. A minimum order value of £10 applies.

No. We dispatch within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally.

Yes. Every order is tracked from dispatch to delivery. You can check its status at any time on the order tracking page, using your order number and the email you ordered with.

Certificate status is shown on every product page. Certificates of analysis issued to British Peptide Labs are published in our COA Library where available. For other products, a certificate for the batch you receive is available on request from info@britishpeptidelabs.com.

The purity specification for each research compound is ≥99% (HPLC, supplier specification), stated on its product page. Where a certificate of analysis is published in our COA Library, it reports the analysing laboratory's own results.

Yes. A batch certificate is available on request. Email info@britishpeptidelabs.com with your order number and the product name to ask for it.

A certificate of analysis reports the tests an analysing laboratory carried out on a sample and their results. For a peptide it typically covers HPLC purity and identity by mass spectrometry, with the method, the analysis date and, where one is stated, the batch or lot number. A certificate relates only to the batch it names, where it names one.

HPLC purity is the share of the UV-absorbing material in a sample that is the target peptide, measured from peak areas in a chromatogram. Net peptide content is the share of the material’s gross mass that is peptide, as opposed to counter-ions and residual water. They measure different things, so the two figures are not directly comparable.

It is the only use we supply our products for, as section 2 of our Terms & Conditions sets out. The products are supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, foods, food supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, and they are not sold as any of those things. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, and must not be given to any person or animal.

You must be 18 or over to order from this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are. We sell to individuals as well as to businesses and research institutions, and we deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Each product page states what the compound is: its identifiers where known, its appearance, its purity specification, the net content per vial, storage for the sealed vial and its certificate status. We give no dosing, administration or reconstitution guidance. You are responsible for handling, storing, transporting and disposing of them in line with applicable law and your own laboratory's safety practices.

If you are buying as a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel it, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. You do not need to give a reason. Email us at info@britishpeptidelabs.com with your order number to start a return, and we will confirm the address to send it to.

Vials are supplied sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. Once a seal has been broken, that item can no longer be returned under the 14-day cancellation right. Vials that are still sealed and unopened are not affected, and this does not limit your rights if an item is faulty.

The cost of sending goods back to us is yours, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described. Please keep proof of postage — the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. Refunds go to the payment method used for the order.

If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us as soon as you notice. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the postage you pay to return it. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The 14-day cancellation right applies to consumers. If you buy in the course of a business it does not apply, but we will still put right anything that arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.

No. You can order as a guest. Keep your order number: together with the email you ordered with, it lets you look the order up at any time.

Use the order tracking page. Enter your order number and the email you ordered with. Both have to match — the number on its own is not enough to open an order. Once your order has been dispatched, the page also shows its tracking number.
