Shipping & Returns
How and when we dispatch, and how to cancel or return an order. UK only.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a Sunday, are dispatched on the next working day.
Carrier and delivery times
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and tracked from dispatch to delivery. Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. This is the carrier’s target, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping cost
UK shipping is free on every order. A minimum order value of £10 applies.
Delivery area
We dispatch within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally.
Cancelling an order
If you are buying as a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel it, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. You do not need to give a reason. Email us at info@britishpeptidelabs.com with your order number to start a return, and we will confirm the address to send it to.
Sealed vials
Vials are supplied sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. Once a seal has been broken, that item can no longer be returned under the 14-day cancellation right. Vials that are still sealed and unopened are not affected, and this does not limit your rights if an item is faulty.
Return postage
The cost of sending goods back to us is yours, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described. Please keep proof of postage — the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. Refunds go to the payment method used for the order. UK delivery is free, so there is no outbound postage to refund.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us as soon as you notice. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the postage you pay to return it. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Business purchases
The 14-day cancellation right applies to consumers. If you buy in the course of a business it does not apply, but we will still put right anything that arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. The full terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
