About BPC-157 / TB-500 Mix

BPC-157 / TB-500 Mix is a co-lyophilised blend of two peptides, BPC-157 and TB-500, dried together into a single solid in one sealed vial. As a blend it has no single molecular formula, CAS number or molecular weight; each component keeps its own identifiers, listed on its own product page. The 20 mg figure is the combined net content of the vial, and no split between the two components is listed.

The components differ widely in length. BPC-157 is a fifteen-residue peptide of 1419.53 g/mol, while TB-500 is catalogued as corresponding to thymosin β4, a single chain of forty-three residues. In reversed-phase HPLC each gives its own peak, so the chromatographic analysis of the blend has to resolve the two components from each other and from their related substances, and mass spectrometry confirms each against its own expected mass.
